Faith’s job is to oversee the general operations of the church and Human Resource for our employees. She loves that Whitworth is always looking to be all that God calls us to be. Faith has been here 12 years and have seen so many changes as we have discerned who God is calling us to be at different times. She was born in NH (yes, she is a New England Patriot fan), is married to David, they have 5 daughters, 5 son in-laws, 8 grandchildren, a fur baby Daisy and 10 grand fur babies.
Faith interviewed with Whitworth Church which God confirmed in many ways, sothe Alderete’s packed up and moved to Spokane. 12 years later they still look at each other at least once a week and say, “isn’t it so cool that God brought us to such a beautiful place with wonderful people”. Faith and her husband have run a coffee café for the past 3 years and up until 3 years ago she didn’t even drink coffee. Who knew there was SO much to learn and love about the little tiny coffee bean!
