REV. DR. Jamie Fiorino
Associate Pastor of Care and Connections
p: 509.466.0305 ext.213
As a tried and true Spokanite, Jamie Fiorino returned home in the Fall of 2021 to become our Associate Pastor of Connections and Care. She earned her Bachelors degrees (U of Idaho), Masters of Divinity (Princeton Theological Seminary), and Doctorate in Ministry (Portland Seminary) in the last ten years, so she greatly relishes being able to read for fun again! You will find her in the building (but rarely in her office) or working from her "second office" (a nearby coffeeshop) as she connects with people and dreams up new ways for Whitworth to address the epidemic of loneliness.
Pastor Jamie does not like mosquitoes, blueberries, or eating any kind of seafood; however, she does enjoy long walks with friends and her dog, Dot, adventurous eating, and the polity of the PCUSA. She firmly believes that God understands and loves human nature otherwise Scripture would not have stories of talking animals, gruesome deaths, or fantastical characters.
Pastor Jamie also serves the Presbytery of the Inland Northwest as coach to Learners becoming Commissioned Ruling Elders. As a former CRE, she is in a unique position to help form the next generation of lay pastors.

Worship
Stefan Prescott
Director of Modern Worship
Bringing his passion for music and community to the congregation, Stefan Prescott is our Director of Modern Worship. With a rich background as a professional musician and a heart for worship, he aims to create a welcoming and spiritually enriching environment for everyone. Stefan is a native of Biloxi, Mississippi and grew up on a diet of crawfish, hurricanes and music. His music career took him to Las Vegas in 2003, but he has called Spokane home since 2013. (He still doesn't like the cold and snow.)
Youth Ministries
Emily Voight
Nursery & Childcare Coordinator
My name is Emily Voight and I am the Nursery and Childcare Coordinator of Whitworth Church. I take care of little ones from the ages of one to three. My history with this church runs deep and I have been involved in a myriad of ways. My family began attending in 2010 and I have participated in VBS, youth group, and many other events and activities since then.
I am currently pursuing a Master of Library and Information Science from Louisiana State University. I have previously graduated from Spokane Falls Community College with an AAS in Library and Information Services as well as a BAS in Business Management.
A few of my favorite things are boba tea, video games, and my niece!
Emma Moore
Children’s Ministry Coordinator
Hello! My name is Emma and this is my fifth year working in Whitworth Church’s children’s ministry. I believe that a healthy faith foundation starts in the earliest years, so I am very passionate about creating a joyful and welcoming ministry environment where children can experience Christlike love. I am in charge of our programming for kids in preschool through fifth grade, which includes Sunday School and our midweek K-5th grade “Kids Club,” as well as large-scale events like the Family Fall Carnival and VBS!
I graduated from Whitworth University in 2024 and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Secondary Education from Western Governor's University with the goal of teaching high school English one day. Fun fact: my undergraduate degree is in English Writing and I’m a published author! Some of my favorite things are lavender americanos, traveling, good books, and being outside.
Aidan Speake
Youth Ministry Coordinator
As the Youth Ministry Coordinator at Whitworth Church, I lead weekly youth groups as well as fun events for students in middle and high school. I have the amazing job of participating in our teens' and tweens' spiritual growth as they explore who God is, who they are, and how those fit together. One of my main goals is to make sure the Whitworth church youth program is somewhere students can ask questions, and make friends, have fun, and most importantly be safe to be themselves at all times. I feel honored and blessed to be able to participate in this foundational time for our students with God as well as an amazing team of staff, interns, and volunteers.

Tech Team
Zach Goold
Information Systems Manager
Behind every livestream, online interaction, and email newsletter, there's a network of technology that helps our church connect and grow. As the Information Systems Manager, Zach Goold works to ensure all our digital systems run smoothly and securely, supporting the staff and empowering the ministry of Whitworth Church. He is passionate about using technology as a tool to build community and help lift up others in a digital age.
Originally from Portland, Oregon, Zach moved to Spokane in 2013 for school. When he's not looking for the right cable or troubleshooting a network issue, you can find him building with LEGOs, playing video games, or spending time with his friends and family.
Hannah Cooper
Audio/Visual Technician
Hannah Cooper serves at Whitworth Church as our AV Tech. Hannah, her husband Jeremiah, and their two children have called Whitworth Church home since 2021, and have loved the teaching and community here. When she is not in the AV booth, she enjoys iced coffee, long walks with good company, and volunteering in local organizations that help women and children see their belovedness in Jesus.
