Stefan, a native of Biloxi, Mississippi, grew up on a diet of crawfish, hurricanes and music. His music career brought him to Las Vegas in 2003 and he worked at a church there. Stefan has called Spokane home since 2013 and he still can't adjust to the cold and snow.
